At Titan World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Titan World account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
